I've long been pondering whether or not I should actually do it, because, well, I don't really want to. But now, I have no choice. I ripped off the carpet thing, which was frayed and falling off my seat, it was so bad, and without a cover the chair looks, quite frankly, butt ugly. muy feo. soooooo not fitting into the fung shue (how do you spell fung shwey?) of my room!
Not that the color I picked really fits with my turquoise room either, but it's better than that!
Anyway, so I've started one of those little projects that one doesn't really plan for, nor does one really want to do, but it must be done. Like my coaster:
. . .

. . .
Yeah, I don't do those kinds of projects often.

Anyway, Here's what's been done so far.

yeah it's big needles with double stranded acrylic yarn! so what? I can use junk, can't I?
And, of course, the last item on my list. The sweater. Our (mine and Manon's) baby! here she is! she's almost done! isn't she the cutest thing!
After that, I'm going to make her an uncle out of the fairy yarnmother yarn (who, by the way, might make another delivery in the future! yippiee!).
Ciao for now,
Cimorine
